Single Speed Cycles Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be confident in your purchase. That's why every Single Speed Cycle comes with 30-Day Guarantee. If you don't love your bike just send an email to sales@singlespeedcycles.com.au and we will arrange to have your bike collected and returned to us at no cost to you. 

Returns Policy:

• All orders are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund, please notify us of your preference when making your request
• The 30-day period commences from the date of delivery
• Single Speed Cycles must be notified within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Bikes can be unpacked and assembled for sizing and inspection purposes only
• Bikes cannot be taken on test rides, where the bike can suffer wear and tear. Failing to reasonably comply with these terms could result in additional fees
• Refunds will only be available once our mechanics has thoroughly inspected the bike that was returned.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If you've received your order and have discovered the product is damaged or faulty please immediately notify us by sending photos of the damage along with your name and order number to sales@singlespeedcycles.com.au

Rules and Exclusions:

• All items must be returned in as new condition and in their original packaging
• Items that are returned damaged due to negligent packaging may be subject to a restocking penalty of up to 25%
• Used items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Shipping Fees are ineligible for refund
• Single Speed Cycles reserves the right to refuse the return of any items
